Refund policy

We're not satisfied until you are, so If for any reason the merchandise you received did not live up to your expectations, you can request a return or replacement. Please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to limedesignad@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
You may return it in new condition and in its original packaging.

Please include the following when you contact us
1. your order number
2. a brief description of the problem
3. a photo illustrating the issue
4. your preference for a replacement or a refund

*Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
